We arrange and coordinate travel-related services including accommodation, ferry transfers, sightseeing, and activities through third-party suppliers. We act solely as an agent and coordinator.
Booking Confirmation & Payment Terms
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment, as communicated at the time of booking.
The balance amount must be paid before the start of the tour or as per agreed terms.
Failure to make payments on time may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.
Prices are subject to change due to:
Hotel tariff revisions
Ferry fare changes
Government taxes or levies
Seasonal demand or operational constraints
Cancellation, Amendments & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation and supplier policies.
Certain services such as ferry tickets, special resorts, peak season bookings, and activities may be non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting supplier charges and administrative costs.
No refunds will be issued for:
No-shows
Early departures
Unused services
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banking channels and supplier settlements.
Itinerary Changes & Service Modifications
The tour itinerary is planned based on prevailing conditions and schedules.
Andaman Tour DMC reserves the right to modify sightseeing, order of travel, or services due to weather conditions, ferry disruptions, safety concerns, or government restrictions.
Such changes do not qualify for refunds if caused by factors beyond our control.
Ferry, Transport & Operational Disclaimer
Inter-island ferry services are managed by government or private operators and are subject to weather and technical conditions.
Delays or cancellations of ferries or transport services are outside our control.
Alternative arrangements may be provided where feasible and may involve additional charges.
Hotel & Accommodation Terms
Check-in and check-out times are governed strictly by hotel policies.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel discretion.
Room categories are allocated as per booking confirmation.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property during their stay.
Adventure Activities & Risk Disclosure
Participation in adventure and water sports activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, sea walk, kayaking, or parasailing is entirely voluntary and at the guest’s own risk.
Activities are conducted by licensed third-party operators.
Guests must follow safety instructions provided by instructors.
Medical fitness is the responsibility of the traveler.
Andaman Tour DMC shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from participation in such activities.
Travel Documents & Permits
Travelers must carry valid government-issued photo identification at all times.
For Indian nationals, Aadhaar/Passport is mandatory.
For foreign nationals, passport, visa, and required permits are mandatory.
Denial of entry due to insufficient documentation will be solely the traveler’s responsibility.
Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility
Travelers are advised to assess their physical fitness before travel.
Andaman Tour DMC is not responsible for personal illness, injuries, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and adventure activities.
Force Majeure Clause
Andaman Tour DMC shall not be liable for any delay, alteration, or cancellation caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Adverse weather conditions
Government orders or restrictions
Ferry or flight disruptions
Pandemics, strikes, or emergencies
No compensation or refund shall be applicable in such cases.
